UPDATE: According to Taiwan official News Agency CNA, at least 23 people are feared dead, 15 injured, 20 missing after a TransAsia Airways plane clipped a bridge and crashed into a river near the Taiwanese capital, Taipei.
The plane was carrying five crew and 53 passengers, including 31 tourists from the south-eastern Chinese city of Xiamen.
