“You are a pig!” “Why can’t you do better in school like your sister does?”
Have you ever heard things like this from your parents, brothers and sisters or peers? It leaves painful memories that are just as difficult to live with, if not more, than physical pain.
I’ll list five steps to get rid of the pain caused by these kinds of self destructive thoughts, two steps today and the rest in the coming days.
